Payment Methods & Security
We prioritize secure and streamlined transactions. This guide outlines the
payment options we accept for your orders, currency details, and our
data protection standards.

1. Pay via PayPal
For a fast checkout experience that doesn’t require entering your card details
directly on our site, we accept PayPal. There are no additional processing fees
charged by us for using this method.
Supported Funding Sources:
- PayPal Balance
- Linked Bank Accounts
- Credit or Debit Cards linked to your PayPal wallet
How it works: Select PayPal at checkout to be redirected to their
secure login portal. Once you authorize the transaction, you will be returned to
our store to confirm the order.
2. Credit & Debit Cards (Stripe)
We utilize Stripe, a leading global payment processor, to handle
direct card transactions securely. You do not need a Stripe account to complete
your purchase.
Accepted Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Security Measures
Your financial security is paramount. All card data is encrypted and processed
directly by Stripe’s secure servers.
On A Mission Brands, LLC never sees, accesses, or stores your
full credit card number or CVC code.
3. Currency & Charges
Base Currency: All prices and transactions are processed in
United States Dollars (USD).
International Cards: If you are purchasing with a card issued
outside the U.S., your bank may apply a currency conversion rate or foreign
transaction fee. These charges are determined by your bank, not us.
Billing Timing: Your payment method is charged immediately upon
checkout to secure your inventory. If a transaction is declined, the order will
not be created.
4. Refund Processing
In the event of an approved refund (subject to our Return Policy), funds are strictly
returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.

PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within
a few business hours to a few days. -
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are sent back to the card used.
Depending on your bank’s processing speed, it may take 5-10 business days
to appear on your statement.
5. Billing Support
If you encounter any errors during checkout or have questions regarding a charge
on your statement, please contact our billing support team immediately.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your Order Number
and the date of the transaction.
