1. Where We Ship & Rates
On A Mission Brands, LLC focuses on providing a streamlined delivery experience.
Currently, we ship physical orders exclusively to addresses within the
United States.
Standard Flat Rate: To maintain transparency and simplicity,
we apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order.
This fee covers logistics, standard handling, and secure packaging to ensure
your items arrive safely.
Note: We do not currently support international shipping destinations.
2. Processing & Delivery Estimates
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review
our standard timelines below:

This is the time required to verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. -
Transit Time (3-7 Business Days):
Once the carrier picks up your package, standard domestic delivery typically takes
between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Please be aware that external factors such as high volume seasons, weather conditions,
or carrier delays are outside of our control and may impact arrival dates.
3. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution to package your goods securely, we understand that
logistics challenges can occur.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package,
please check with neighbors or building management first. If the issue remains unresolved
after contacting the carrier, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the condition of both the packaging
and the items with clear photographs immediately. Contact us within a reasonable
timeframe so we can assess the situation and discuss a potential replacement or solution.
4. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate
shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete
or incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
Order Changes: If you need to modify your shipping information or
cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the
processing or dispatch phase, we may not be able to make changes.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as
your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.
